Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL) is manufactured by bonding a printed décor paper directly onto a wood-based core using heat and pressure. Unlike HPL, TFL does not include a kraft-paper buildup, allowing the decorative layer to fuse directly to the panel. The result is a consistent, durable, and cost-effective surface, ideal for projects where efficiency and affordability are essential.
All Sunset panels are produced on an MDF core, ensuring a smooth, stable substrate with reliable machining performance.
